Ahead of World ATM Congress held in Madrid next week, we have announced today that we will officially launch our Laminar Data platform at the show, where we will also be exhibiting.
After running a successful Early Adopters beta programme with a number of industry players which allowed for key user feedback and market validation, we are launching our Laminar Data platform to the wider industry, and will be welcoming its first customers shortly.
Continuing to build on our innovative technology and award-winning software products as a foundation for the platform, Laminar Data enables the secure management, sharing and monetising of aeronautical, weather and flight information.
Ian Painter, Managing Director, at Snowflake comments “Launching Laminar Data is a great achievement, not just for the company, but also for the industry as a whole. For us to provide a single source of comprehensive data and to provide easy access via a low cost subscription model will enable many more App Developers and organisations to make use of this readily available data to come up with solutions that solve real operational problems.”
The challenges around sharing data between Data Providers and users such as Airports, ANSPs and Airlines result in an inability to solve operational problems efficiently. By using Laminar Data to provide unique data management and developer-friendly APIs, organisations can reduce the complexity and cost of data sharing, enabling developers to focus on building apps and getting to market faster.
