FAA’s National Airspace System Resource (NASR) stores and maintains information pertaining to the US National Airspace System (NAS)’s infrastructure and operational status of all components. This information is accessed via subscription (known as subscriber files) and delivered in AIXM format. The subscriber files contain up-to-date information about navigational aids, airports, airways, Special Activity Airspaces, etc. This information can be used by commercial air carriers, flight planners, flight system developers, amongst a growing number of user types to support their missions.
